Fertility diets that tell you how to get pregnant quickly don’t always work, but there were some enjoyable foods I ate that were said to increase my chances to get pregnant faster. Some of the things I was told to eat while making my attempts were enjoyable, and cutting out caffeine did make me a lot less stressed.

That being said, the first thing you should try is cutting out your morning coffee. Replace your coffee with some green tea so that you’ll still get a little caffeine and won’t have to worry about withdrawal symptoms. I tried to quit caffeine completely and it made me soooo tired I could barely function by the time I got home from work, not the best situation if your trying to have sex all night to get pregnant.

Eating fish, fresh organic fruits, and vegetables are some of the most popular ways of eating to get pregnant. I didn’t ever think I really liked fish, but I tried a few dishes and found that I adore fresh baked trout in lemon and butter sauce. Also eating fruit all day helped keep my energy levels up which was good because I wasn’t getting my coffee anymore.
