Trying to Get Pregnant

I made a little video on youtube giving some tips I read while searching for a way to get pregnant faster. The video can be found here but keep in mind that i’m not very good at making videos and it moves a little fast.

For those that don’t want to watch the video, it basically goes over what foods are good to eat and what aren’t. You should eat fresh fish like trout and salmon for their high amounts of omega 3s. Organic fruits and vegetables for their high density of vitamins and minerals. You should also eat foods high in calcium like yogurt and cheese as well as whole grains like whole grains breads and brown rice.

Things to stay away from while trying to get pregnant are tobacco, alcohol, and caffeine. These things are all harmful anyway, so it might not be a bad idea to cut back on them in general.

After this I go over lifestyle changes. Basically I recommend getting a good nights sleep, good exercise, and staying away from stress like its the plague.

Women wanting to get pregnant should also watch their ovulation cycles. If you want to get have sex during your most likely time to make a baby than you should do so around 14 days after your menstrual cycle.

Ovulation kits can also help since they will be able to tell you when you are most hormonal. And thats about it for my little video. Hopefully this helps you bring another beautiful baby into the world.
